European Rollercoasters Coming In 2021

Keeping up with the positivity in regarding what to expect in the upcoming 2021 season. I thought I’d get into what rollercoasters are set to open across Europe next year. As you guys enjoyed the previous two versions of this blog post I thought I’d continue. If you don’t already know I’ve recently shared a UK theme park & Disneyland Paris edition which will be linked below for those who fancy having a read. Without further ado let’s get into discussing those rollercoasters set to open across Europe in 2021.

Disneyland Paris Version // UK Edition.

Abyssus- Energylandia – Poland:

This rollercoaster is set to open within the Mythical themed land known as Aqualantis. This coaster will be sat on 6 hectares of land. Abyssus is a Vekoma double launch rollercoaster that will hit speeds of 100km/h and reach heights of 38m. It will feature 4 inversions and carriages will hold 16 passengers.

Intamin Coaster – Movie Park – Germany

There’s not a great ordeal of information regarding this rollercoaster. All we know is it’s a new multi dimensional Intamin rollercoaster set to open in 2021. It’ll be based indoors and feature forward & backwards launches. Also rumoured to feature a 360 degree rotating platform with cinematic & immersive multimedia experience. It seems it’s set to feature various special elements & effects as well.

Mega-Coaster – Walibi Belgium:

A mega rollercoaster manufactured by Intamin with a length of 1200m & height of 50m which makes it the tallest in Benelux area. What’s not to be excited for right? The layout is set to feature bunny hills, s-curves, Stengel dives & double downs. It looks to be an insane coaster.

Suspended Family Coaster – Parc Du Bocasse – France:

Quite frankly there’s not a great deal of information regarding this rollercoaster set to open in 2021 across the net. The core basics we know is it’s of course manufactured by Vekoma & it’s a suspended family rollercoaster. Unfortunately I’m unable to provide much more information, so if you know more than be sure to share what you know in the comments.

Silver Mountain – La Mer De Sable – France:

This rollercoaster is a Vekoma sit down junior steel rollercoaster. Restraints are set to be the standard lap bar & lift hill will be a booster wheel lift. Again thats all that’s really known about this rollercoaster. No doubt it’ll be fun edition to the parks line up.

Xtreme Spinning Coaster – Plopsaland De Panne:

Europe’s first Xtreme spinning coaster is set to open in 2021 & will feature two launches & 5 inversions whilst hitting heights of 33m. This coaster is of course manufactured by Mack Rides & cost a total of £15 million. Who else is itching to get out to Plopsaland to experience this beast?

Monster – Grona Lund – Sweden

A brand new Bolliger & Mabillard is set to open at Grona Lund. That alone is heaven to my ears. This will be an inverted rollercoaster that will hit a speed of 55.9mph , max height at 111.5ft & feature 3 inversions. The layout will consist of 2 zero g rolls, Jr.Immelmann & corkscrew. Who else is hyped to see another B&M grace Europe with its presence?
