Happy Valentine’s Day all! I thought today I’d commit my time to discuss those rides which will always hold an important place in my heart. After all, today is all about love, right?
Pirates of the Caribbean – Disneyland Paris:
I wrote a full love letter for this ride, I think you guys are well-aware of my sincere love for this ride, right? I’ll leave the link to my love letter HERE for those who perhaps missed it.
Flight of the Skylion – Legoland Windsor:
A ride that left me near to tears by how remarkable it is. Every time I ride it I have this warm fussy feeling all over my body. I’m incredibly ecstatic to be riding it again a week today for my birthday. But Flight of the Skylion truly is something I never expected to be half as stunning as it was. The emotions it left racing through my body after riding was insane.
Wickerman – Alton Towers:
The first rollercoaster I have ever ridden where I couldn’t accumulate my words on the break-run for how extraordinary it was. Admittedly, I rode this for the first time with pretty bleak expectations and came away with everything adverse to that. Even to this day, I have so much love for this coaster and truly can’t get enough of it.
Hollywood Tower of Terror: The Twilight Zone – Disneyland Paris:
That airtime though? That’s what dreams are made of. I almost avoided riding it due to having a severe fear of drop towers but the indoor element redeemed this ride for me. Although it’s the maximum airtime I have ever felt on anything. It’s almost kind of unnerving how long my ass wasn’t touching the seat for, crazy times!
Phantom Manor – Disneyland Paris:
Spooky, immense theming, simple to follow/familiar storyline, eerie audio & reasonable duration, there’s not a single thing I don’t love about this ride! The moment of entering this creepy building to hopping onto the doom buggy to then departing the ride, it’s non stop theming and it’s a severe amount too. Everything about it is perfect.
Big Dipper – Blackpool Pleasure Beach:
Oh, how could I ever write this list without comprehending my one iconic love, Big Dipper? This has only flourished over the years with the additional TLC it had attained on the first drop. The Big Dipper is a queen in herself. For almost 100 years worth of operation and yet it still is going strong today. Think of all the eras of our families who have had the joy of riding over the years!

There you have it a little list of those rides which I’ll forever love. I’d love to hear yours too.
Thank you so much for reading & I hope you have a lovely valentines day!
