So following on from me finishing Billy & Me there is a short story which follows based around Sophie & Billy at Christmas time. But also takes you alongside some key events in their life’s & just follows up where I left of. So here’s my review!
About The Book:
When a smitten stranger emails Sophie to ask her if he can propose to the woman he loves in her little teashop, the romantic in her finds it impossible to refuse. Even though Christmas is her busiest time of year she has her own sweetheart, Hollywood actor Billy Buskin, to lend a helping hand.
My Review:
Oh I loved the initial book & grew fond of all characters we got introduced too. Throughout the first book getting to know these characters really felt humble and took you on such an emotional journey.
This book is no different. You pick up where you left of and see how these characters developed in between. Your instantly aware of the surroundings and get that sense familiarity which I found quite comforting.
The small amount of story you get ends in such a happy manner that I can’t help but want more. Again it’s another one where you feel emotionally attached to the story’s happening and just eager for more. I thought it was lovely to read about these characters once. However I just wanted more so it left me at a point where I wanting to continue to see these characters grow almost.
