Who Is This Pass Perfect For?
This pass is perfect for students who have free time during the week but also on a budget. If you work weekend jobs this pass is the one for you too. Parents who work part-time or are looking for things to do during the week with their pre-schoolers will also benefit from this pass.
Additional Benefits:
It is a brilliant price for all that’s included and it’s even easier to book online with all your tickets accessible from your phone, which also means you don’t have to worry about remembering or losing your annual pass. Weekdays are often quieter across the attractions & theme parks meaning shorter queues & less crowds. Off-peak weekdays are some of our personal favourite days to visit as you can embrace every ride with less time spent in queue lines at the theme parks. You can experience so much more than you would during peak periods across the other attractions. I thought I’d also share with you guys 5 of my favourite rides to experience during the week from my own experiences.
- Wickerman – Alton Towers
- The Swarm – Thorpe Park
- Haunted House Monster Party – Legoland Windsor
- Dragons Fury – Chessington World of Adventures
- The Dragon – Legoland Windsor
Usually, during the week all of these rides get low queues which means you can really make the most out of your visits and even get a few cheeky re-rides on them. As during peak times & weekends these rides tend to be a lot busier as to be expected. But something I love about experiencing them during weekdays is you can take all of their theming in but also to embrace every part of the ride without worrying about fitting the other rides you wish to experience into your day. I would love to hear what you love to experience during the week in the comments or across our social media channels!
Overall:
I think this pass is a brilliant offer & perfect for the target audience. From personal experience from weekday visits the parks do tend to be much quieter than weekends/peak days. This is also a good entry pass due to the price for those looking to experience the merlin attractions. It is something which allows these attractions to become more accessible to be enjoyed by more people at an affordable price.
