Facts:
Hot Ice has been apart of the Pleasure Beach entertainment for over 80 years. The costumes have been designed and created especially for this production and carefully crafted by a team of perfectionist. Every feather has been handpicked for every headdress and dyed to match the fabrics for each costume.
The shows choreography has been created to utilise the skater remarkable skills. Choreography is created by the immensely talented Oula Jaaskelainen who himself was a world & Olympic figure skater. The art of dance is perfected by Lynsey Brown. This is carefully crafted into perfection under the watchful eye of the director Amanda Thompson OBE & her assistant Alexa Jayne Robinson.
Information:
As part of your wristband entering Pleasure Beach the afternoon showing is included at 2:30pm. This is a shorter version the full show which is shown within the evening which cost £5pp +.
This show is only available to watch from July 4th to 7th September. The show runs from Monday to Saturday with performances at 2:30pm & 7pm. Matinee performance at 2:30pm runs for 50 minutes. 7pm evening performance running time is 100 minutes.

Quick disclaimer we are going to be 100% honest within the upcoming review. I definitely will not be sharing any spoilers as what to expect either. We hope you guys enjoy.
Seating // View:
Admittedly the seats are quite compacted with small amount of leg room. However the view from BLOCK 4 ROW D which is the row we had as a group, was fab. You could see everything clearly. Staff were incredibly helpful when finding seats and couldn’t done any more for anyone.
First Section Of The Show:
We had no idea as what to expect and knew nothing about the show before watching it ourselves. One of the first sections we saw was the ICON section. Who knew a rides presence & soundtrack could create such a beautiful element to the show? The outfits were gorgeous during each section. Set changes and intervals between each performance was fab and perfectly done.
Break:
In between the two sections of the show there’s a short break. It’s the perfect opportunity to stretch your legs and grab something to drink. 
Second Section Of The Show:
After the first section of the show we were intrigued to see how the second half will compare. Of course it definitely lived up to the first half. Each section has a perfect duration. Again all the costumes were beautiful and each scene was different yet produced and put together lovely.
Costumes:
The costumes were beautifully designed and produced. I was utterly in love with how they all looked. The way the skaters moved made their costumes look even more prettier and elegant.
Performers:
As for the performers the way they gracefully slide and glide across the ice is truly outstanding and beautiful to watch. The way each of them have their own style and skills which is beautifully combined and blended together to create this gorgeous show. During some scenes the movements from the skaters are quite finger biting however thrilling to watch. 
Lighting / Audio:
The show is completed by the audio, lighting & effects to suit each individual scenes. I found the soundtrack was outstanding and beautifully fitting to scenes and was very immersive. As for lighting the pure atmosphere created is intense and stunning. The mood is clearly set with the mixture of the effects. Overall:
The entire show is produced to a incredibly high standard and is something we were pleasantly surprised about. It was a new experience for us however we will be sure to watch again. Everyone involved performers, producers etc are insanely talented and have done a fab job.
