I often find myself thinking about what rides have had their prime time and perhaps it’s time to now move on from. So here’s my thank you, next (of course, quoting Ariana) theme park edition post.
Huss Enterprises:
I apologise to Ant for this one I know how much he enjoys them (god knows why). But I think Huss Enterprises are passed their time. I once enjoyed them but the older I have got the more I find myself avoiding them. There are several decent flats ride out there I think it’s time to put these guys to bed. I’m quite glad the UK only has two left remaining because they are just vile.
Wild Mouse Spinning Coasters:
Yet another vile in every possible way kinda ride. As a child, I adored these and would break my neck to get on them. It is not the same anymore, then chances are there’ll break my neck riding (I’m just joking haha). The newer spinning rollercoasters are everything, including the likes of Dragons Fury but in comparison to the likes of Ice Mountain.. there’s no competition nor question in my mind which should leave that group chat. These are something I actively dislike and will be quite glad to see the back of when their time comes.
Star Flyers:
This is the one type I refuse to ever touch. If I wanted to be that high in the sky I’d find a Ferris wheel which looks a lot more appealing then some metal straps holding a seat. No thank you. I can’t deal with the actual thought of been sat on a swing at such heights.. grim.
What rides would you love to say thank you next to?
