My Top 3 Rollercoasters at Blackpool Pleasure Beach

Blackpool Pleasure Beach is filled with a number of fab rollercoasters and in all honesty it’s almost impossible to put my top 3 together. However I’ve had a long & hard think about this and think I can fairly confidently put this together. As always it changes depending on the ride experience on the day of visiting. But here’s my top 3 rollercoasters at Pleasure Beach.

3)) Big Dipper:

Woodie lover over here can’t help but put this 3rd. I know Icon is next door and yes Icon is good in it’s own ways. But purely to the fact this was one of my childhood loves and I still adore it today, I can’t ignore the fact it’s my 3rd favourite on park. I know it can be an edgy lad on the roughness front but that’s okay! It is almost a 100 years old you have to expect a bruise here & there. But genuinely I love Big Dipper so much.

2)) The Big One:

UK tallest rollercoaster… still after 26 years. This season it’s been riding like an absolute dream in my opinion. The drop is something else though. It genuinely feels your heading right for the sea until that wip sideways. I find it so much fun, terrifying and all round fab coaster. I think the length & drop is one of the main reasons for me loving it so much.

1)) Revolution:

Revolution is the king in my eyes. Nothing quite comes as close as this when it comes down to scaring me to death. I can’t quite think another rollercoaster which has me on the brink of tears every time I ride it even after almost a decade of rides. Just ask anyone who’s ridden this coaster with me about how terrifying I find it. I mean let’s be real the steps & the station is enough for me but the intensity of the ride itself. It just has it all.
