With all that’s happened in 2020 I thought it would be fun to set some goals to do before the decade is over. This year really has fallen flat on its face due to current circumstances but it’s made me think life is too short so let’s make some goals. I’m hoping I can get these goals done by the time this decade is up but you never know what’s around the corner. Okay, without further ado let’s have a chat about these goals I’ve set!
This is probably one of the top things on my list to do. Ever since visiting Disneyland Paris it became more of a goal. I want to experience each park and it’s differences but also how each culture impacts the experience. But whilst at these places I want to see the world as well. I feel this goal will give us the opportunity to see each area of the world these parks are located in. I do hope to have this done by time I’m 30 but that may be a tad unrealistic as there’s so many factors depending.
This might seem a bit of a random challenge/goal. However since completing the UK wooden rollercoaster line up it’s been almost impossible to not look at what’s next. For some reason I’ve chosen B&M inverts in Europe. All told there’s 5 for me to get excluding the two we have in the UK. So this is something I’ll be looking into doing starting next year with any luck!
This was part of my mission for this season actually but with the short amount of time we’ve had it’s been hard to do. So next season my aim is to complete as much of the UK parks as possible. But by 2023 I hope to have experienced them all. I don’t believe I got too many left to visit but know there’s a fair few but majority of which seem relatively close together. So I can see a few road trips on the horizon for us.
During lockdown I put together countless plans of road trips to do in Europe. One of which included Belgium, France etc. My goal is to put one of these into action within the next few years. I’d love to complete an entire country in Europe in all honesty. So if you guys have any tips on this kind of trip we’d be very thankful for the advice!
Last month marked us hitting the big 100. It was actually a big achievement in all honesty. However I want to hit the big 1K by the end of this decade. I do intend on mopping up the shameless coasters across the UK to help reach that goal lol. I’m not massively into counting coasters I don’t live by it but this achievement is one I itch to complete.
Honestly the hype & raving about this coaster type is exactly the reason as to why I’m eager to experience one. I do think my first will no doubt be Untamed at Walibi Holland. I love wooden coasters and I’m interested to see how this version compares.
Look, I’ll be honest I’ve been far too scared to do coaster climbs. My silly anxiety makes me think scary thoughts about what might come off. But I intend to kick that anxiety in the backside and actually do a coaster climb or even a behind the scenes tour of a ride. I’m a very anxious person & both of these experiences make me freak out a little in side. But by the end of this decade I fully intend to be writing a blog post about exactly this. I will defeat it and I will share that experience with you guys!
There’s 7 of my theme park goals I have a crap load more to share too. But for now, here’s my 7. I’d love to hear yours! So be sure to share them in the comments or across our social media’s.
Thank you for reading as always!x
