So, it’s so common amongst many people to discuss the next investment with Alton Towers. We are all passionate about the place and therefore it makes sense to speculate. But today we are going to discuss what the first SW we think will be the first to leave the parks line up. Of course this purely speculation & our opinions. We know absolutely nothing.
I know for a fact this will be a very unpopular opinion amongst hard core fans. Which is okay as it’s simply our opinion. This always springs to mind when discussing this topic. It’s the coaster which unfortunately has had a troubled life span and one which has not aged too greatly. Admittedly it does draw in a crowd when we’ve been on park which is always a healthy sign. Yet I’m unsure where we heard this but apparently the foundations are sinking or something along them lines. Again we aren’t sure where we heard this but it has been mentioned before. Therefore if that is true this will be the first to leave in our opinion.
It’s one of those coasters which we adore yet how much of a lifespan does it have? That on another hand we aren’t sure of. It’s very simple and standard in comparison to other versions of this coaster type. If the UK was to see another open of its kind then 100% I think this will leave. But before anything of that level, I do think we will see changes made to the carriages.
As much as we love this coaster and continue to praise it. Realistically it’s more than likely be one of the first to leave. It’s been through a big change with the VR back in 2016 which wasn’t all that loved by many. It seems to be the constant coaster which everybody has lower views on and for all we know could be costing a fair bit in regards to upkeep. As much as we would love to see this stay around the reality is it’s more than likely not going to.
