Looking at the work that has happened over on the Big Dipper it does prove that a small amount of work can do absolute miracles for overall experience. It is not an awful rollercoaster & does not deserve to be ripped down which I highly disbelief would happen anyway. Just a simple glimmer of TLC across the whole ride to allow it the chance to meander around without the fierce woodie headaches afterwards.

What I Actually Reckon Is Happening?

Okay, I personally think the park are using this extended duration to unravel what needs to be done to the coaster going forward. I don’t think we’ll see it close for a extensive period next season unless it is significant. There’s not a tremendous deal of closed season left for general maintenance to happen therefore I think this is the reason why it’s closed now so it can reopen for next season. But I would not be surprised if we don’t see sections of track refurbished ahead of the new year similar to the Big Dipper during 2020/2021 closed season.

During our visit on Saturday it appeared that the front of the station is potentially receiving some work.
