So technically it&#8217;s not every UK woodie I know before anyone feels the need to inform of it haha. So as a self-confessed woodie lover I can&#8217;t help but chat about the order I rank these in.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">9. Blue Flyer &#8211; Blackpool Pleasure Beach:<\/h2>\n<p>Blue Flyer is a really fun yet simple junior wooden rollercoaster. Regardless of the fact it&#8217;s last on this list, it&#8217;s fab. It&#8217;s fab for what it is and the audience it&#8217;s aimed at. I personally preferred the Zipper Dipper theming as the entrance I found to be oddly warm and welcoming.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">8. Tyrloean Tubtwist:<\/h2>\n<p>Firm favourite growing up but the older I&#8217;ve got the less I am able to stand the spinning motion anymore. But I&#8217;ll always have a lot of love for this little gem especially considering the fact it&#8217;s the last of its kind in the world. If you are yet to experience it, you definitely need to! It&#8217;s only something along the lines of \u00a31-\u00a32 to ride as well.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">7. Rollercoaster &#8211; Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach:<\/h2>\n<p>I&#8217;m going by one of its bad days with a very cautious brakeman on board. Therefore it can quite happily sit here. But if we&#8217;re talking of the fab days then it&#8217;ll be a lot higher up. It is a fab coaster through &amp; through but can occasionally feel quite boring. Megafobia &#8211; Oakwood:<\/h2>\n<p>I&#8217;m forever frustrated that we visited during probably its worst season. The lack of ability to load people without social distancing becoming an issue, one train service and the dormant timescale it had sat at for months no doubt added up to this being one of the worst &#8216;major&#8217; woodies I&#8217;ve ever done. Grand National &#8211; Blackpool Pleasure Beach:<\/h2>\n<p>I adore Grand National however some days it could easily be ranked so much lower than this. But strictly speaking from an overall point of view, I adore everything about this coaster. Those rougher edges aren&#8217;t something I find a big issue as such about this coaster, I also think if it was too smooth it would be boring. Sometimes the roughness can be next to unbearable mainly when sat on the wheel seats. Nickelodeon Streak &#8211; Blackpool Pleasure Beach:<\/h2>\n<p>It&#8217;s not as long as some of the woodies we&#8217;ve done but honestly it&#8217;s one of the best. The way it flys over its bunny hills with a decent amount of airtime up for grabs is fab. Something I adore about this coaster is the not too smoothness. It is so much fun and again I love the adrenaline of whether you&#8217;ll return to the station with a full set of teeth, jokes aside it is lovely. Scenic Railway &#8211; Dreamland Margate:<\/h2>\n<p>I was really taken back by how fab this coaster actually was. It was sat on my bucket list for years so when we finally got the chance to experience it I didn&#8217;t really expect too much but was pleasantly surprised. It&#8217;s lovely and the fact we had night rides with the absolutely gorgeously lit Dreamland surrounding us was something so special. Wickerman &#8211; Alton Towers:<\/h2>\n<p>The best themed wooden rollercoaster, it was always bound to sit at the top place! It is immense for so many different reasons. The immersive theming, smells, airtime, track layout, audio. The whole shebang!
