I shared this exact blog post a few years back now which I’ll leave HERE<\/strong><\/a> if you fancy seeing how times have changed! But here we are a global pandemic, 3 lockdowns and a whole load of ride opening delays later and here is the reality of being a theme park enthusiast during this insane time! I’m sure all of our hobbies that are outside of the house has been impacted to some degree and no doubt you’ll now a new reality to doing the said hobby. So let’s dive in!<\/p>\n

Uncertainty Struggles:<\/h2>\n

It goes for everything in life and that includes being a theme park enthusiast. The uncertainty as to when we will get back to parks, whether the trip we have planned will go ahead and basically in everything aspect there is now uncertainty. It truly sucks and regardless of hobbies, jobs or whatever I’m sure it’s something we can all come together and relate to right? Although since writing this a few weeks back we all now have a date to look forward to if all goes to plan which again leads back to the uncertainty struggle.\"\"<\/p>\n

101 Places On The Bucket List:<\/h2>\n

Honestly, the more years I associate myself as a theme park nerd the more my bucket list grows and the more my bank shivers at the thought haha. It just never stops growing until you complete every park in the world which it’s safe to say I am probably never going to do lol. Over lockdown, it has given me more time to search and discover more parks I am eagerly awaiting to visit and now my list is as long as can be expected!\"\"<\/p>\n

Addiction To Wanting More Creds:<\/h2>\n

Seriously, I avoided this addiction for years but last year I got sucked right in. Now I have a 7 day UK trip planned to hit my next goal of 150 coasters, I’m not sure who I have become in all honesty? It is an addiction and once you start don’t expect to stop and prepare yourself for some horrendous road trips lapping up those big apples and wacky worms, shameless really.\"\"<\/p>\n

People STILL Struggle To Accept Others Opinions:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Ah, the beauty of the Facebook group comments when someone strongly disagrees with your opinion but can’t understand the fact you are entitled to have an opinion. I do love those kinda days… On a serious note prepare yourself for some debates some of which is, of course, healthy and others you just have to grin & bare really.\"\"<\/p>\n
