At one point I point blank refused to enter any maze. However, I thought Halloween season is just around the corner and no doubt there&#8217;s some of you guys who want to defeat this fear, therefore here are the top tips I found helped me. Take it at a rate that you find relaxed with. Just because people you know are doing them doesn&#8217;t mean you have too. Take it year by year if needs be. But also comprehend where you&#8217;d feel most relaxed trying scare mazes too which leads me to my next point.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Understand Your Limits:<\/h2>\n<p>Understanding your boundaries are crucial to overcoming this fear as if you push yourself too far too soon it probably will put you off trying anymore. I found mazes that are outdoors the perfect movement as it was a lot more open &amp; less enclosed spaces. It made it easier to figure out the kind of things I enjoy most. Simply experiencinf the mazes with a lower scare rating than any others at could also, help. Tamer mazes will allow you to have a feel of a more intense experience and to pinpoint any characteristics you wish to skip in the future.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Visit With People You Trust:<\/h2>\n<p>One of the most significant tips of them all, visit with people you can trust &amp; you know will understand how you feel. You&#8217;ll immediately feel a lot safer to experiment with those said fears and then it&#8217;ll become easier to tackle them head-on.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Find Ways To Cope:<\/h2>\n<p>I&#8217;ll never shy away from the fact I find holding someone&#8217;s hand my absolute go-to, to cope. Regardless of the amount of mazes I have now done this is the only way I can get through them. So don&#8217;t ever feel embarrassed of wanting to hold onto someone&#8217;s hand or even at some point closing your eyes. You find what helps <strong>YOU<\/strong>!<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Have Fun:<\/h2>\n<p>Lastly, just have fun. If you get scared to the point of tears ( I have several times) in a few years it&#8217;ll be a memory you&#8217;ll giggle about for days. It really all comes down to relaxing to enable yourself to get scared but understanding and embracing the fun aspect of it.
