These are currently my favourite blog post to put together as it\u2019s not just spreading the word about rides that\u2019s set to open next year, but it\u2019s also educating me on them too. So today is about the dark rides set to open in Asia next year. It might be a short post today but each of these rides are something I\u2019m dying to experience. <\/span><\/p>\n

Dark Rides:<\/span><\/h1>\n

Frozen Ever After – Hong Kong Disneyland:<\/span><\/h2>\n

I feel pretty everyone & their cat knows about Frozen right? There\u2019s currently this exact ride opening over at Epcot in Florida. Hong Kong is also set to be opening the same ride within their brand new Frozen themed land. I assume it\u2019ll be very similar if not the same as the Florida version. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mario Kart Ride – Universal Studios Japan:<\/span><\/h2>\n

I mean everything about this makes me excited & have an urge to visit. A Mario Kart themed ride is something the world has always needed in my opinion. So this is set to open next year at Universal Studio Japan. Of course, it\u2019ll feature two tracks next to each other to stimulate the vibe that your racing. It\u2019s mentioned the cars will get its power from the track so of course, it won\u2019t be a trackless dark ride. Physical set-pieces will be the main aspect of theming with screens used for backgrounds, effects & transition tunnels between scenes.\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Yoshi\u2019s Adventure – Universal Studios Japan:<\/span><\/h2>\n

I can\u2019t find all that much information regarding this brand new dark ride. All that I do know & found is it\u2019s a dark ride that\u2019s set to open next year!<\/span><\/p>\n

Rollercoaster:<\/span><\/h1>\n

Wondering Oaken\u2019s Sliding Sleighs – Hong Kong Disneyland:<\/span><\/h2>\n

This rollercoaster is set to accompany Frozen Ever After within the brand new frozen land. This rollercoaster will be manufactured by Vekoma and will be heavily themed but also themed around a sleigh ride. It\u2019s a rollercoaster which I can\u2019t wait to hear reviews from.<\/span><\/p>\n

What ride are you most excited about opening? Do you plan on getting out to visiting the parks in the nearby future (post COVID of course).<\/p>\n
