So the 2020 season is over and I can\u2019t even begin to express how gutted I am by it. For the short space of time we were given to play with we had an absolute ball. But I thought I\u2019d pop this post together as a positive way to look forward to what\u2019s set to come next year! Of course, this is going by best case scenario but I want to keep our little part of the internet as positive as possible. Let\u2019s begin shall we?<\/span><\/p>\n

Thorpe Park – Black Mirror The Labyrinth:<\/span><\/h2>\n

I personally don\u2019t know much about this TV series however no doubt this will be a fab attraction for Thorpe Park next season. Far as we are aware it\u2019ll be opening in Spring 2021 & is a live experience walk through. It\u2019s also the worlds first of this attraction which is always exciting. Are you excited to experience this attraction?\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Legoland Windsor – Mythica :<\/span><\/h2>\n

We\u2019ve seen regular investment at Legoland Windsor for the last few years, next year is no different. Next season is Legoland Windsor\u2019s 25th anniversary. A brand new area called Mythica is set to open in Spring 2021. This area is set to theatre the UKs first flying theatre. Alongside the whole newly themed area. This is one of the investments for next UK theme park season we are personally excited for.\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Alton Towers – Gangsta Granny\/World of David Walliams: <\/span><\/h2>\n

This area was set to open earlier this year but unfortunately COVID had other ideas. But it\u2019s now something we can all look forward to in 2021. This is an area we\u2019ve been really excited to experience for a little while. We\u2019ve written a whole blog post which I\u2019ll leave linked HERE<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/span>to have a read through.\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Paultons Park – Tornado Spring:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Just like Alton Towers they had to postpone this area for another year, we were gutted. However Spring 2021 the latest edition to Paultons Park is set to open. The area looks beautiful from all the teaser we\u2019ve seen across social media. This area includes a brand new Gyro Swing, Mack Spinning Coaster, Driving School, Restaurant & more family editions & plenty of theming. Again we\u2019ve written an entire blog post which we\u2019ll leave a link HERE<\/strong><\/a>.\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Flamingo Land – Inversion:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Another newbie which unfortunately got delayed until next season. The brand new 10 looping rollercoaster coming to Flamingoland. I\u2019m not entirely sure it has a name as of yet or a rough timescale of when it\u2019s set to open. However it does have lap bars something we\u2019ve all wanted to see on Colossus. I do believe the layout is going to be similar to Colossus if not cloned but of course it\u2019ll be a different experience given the restraint changes. It\u2019s something we are really excited to experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chessington World of Adventures – Croc Drop:<\/span><\/h2>\n

I\u2019ll be honest I ain\u2019t 100% keen on the name. This is a brand new drop tower which looks to be similar to Magma at Paultons Park. It\u2019s always going to be themed around a crocodile which you will leave & return into its mouth. This site used to be the home for Rameses Revenge which always felt a bit out of place been surrounded by family-based rides & attractions. We are very excited to see the outcome of the construction work & experience this attraction next year!\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n
