So this evening Pleasure Beach announced they will be extending their season up until December 13th! This is amazing news on all accounts. So let\u2019s have a discussion about what we know so far & our opinions on this. <\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

What We Know? <\/span><\/h2>\n

All we know at the moment they will be opening every weekend in November through to December 13th & will be calling these weekends Winter Weekends. The illuminations have been extended to January which goes hand in hand with this extended opening. Opening times on their website is listed as 11am-5pm which is the same opening hours as the usual WOW weekends. I\u2019d assume that the ride offering will be the same as WOW weekends, but this is yet to be confirmed. Season passholders passes have been extended to the 13th December too. I’ll be doing update blogs as of and when there’s more information shared by the park themselves.<\/em>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Our Thoughts:<\/span><\/h2>\n

I am incredibly excited about this news. However I do worry about whether we will see February openings remain for the next season? Usually, the time between closure in November to February is used for ride maintenance etc for WOW Weekends opening. I\u2019m unsure what\u2019s going to happen but I\u2019m sure we will find out soon. But I am really excited for these weekends. It\u2019s the perfect opportunity to embrace the illuminations and night rides on hopefully some of our favourites. Even if it\u2019s a selective ride offering it just means the UK closed season is a lot shorter in time. Admittedly it\u2019s going to be cold to say the least!\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n
