I feel we\u2019ve all been at the point of wanting to try and experience a \u201cthrill\u201d coaster but had no ide where to begin. Or perhaps you have a child who has turned 1.4m but not sure which ride could be best for them straight away. Either way let\u2019s have a chat about the coasters we\u2019d recommend anyone who hasn\u2019t experienced one before to experience.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Shockwave – Drayton Manor:<\/u><\/h3>\n

Shockwave was in fact my first ever \u201cthrill\u201d coaster and it really helped push me out of my comfort zone and try further thrills. The standing up element may be intimidating to others but I found it more comforting as I felt more in control. Perhaps that\u2019s odd I\u2019m not sure. The inversions didn\u2019t feel all that much and basically it\u2019s one of I\u2019d highly recommend. The option of not been on the end of the carriage also quite helpful I found as you don\u2019t feel too exposed neither. It\u2019s just all round that coaster which I feel is a fab way to begin exploring your boundaries without it feeling to intense.\"\"\"\"<\/p>\n

Galactica – Alton Towers:<\/u><\/h3>\n

It\u2019s one of the most tame and chilled rollercoaster within the UK. The inversions don\u2019t even like inversions as such they generally feel like your rolling onto your back which is always a win. It\u2019s a coaster I\u2019d recommend as anyone\u2019s first \u201cthrill\u201d. It wouldn\u2019t push you too much but it gives a taste of a bigger rollercoaster. I know the laying position may feel a tad intimidating but if you overcome that you\u2019ll love this coaster for sure. There\u2019s not much force or intensity either.\"\"\"\"<\/p>\n

Icon – Blackpool Pleasure Beach<\/u><\/h3>\n

I think this is a fab coaster to begin with. Even if you don\u2019t mind inversions but feel launches are a tad intimidating definitely start with Icon. It is not too accelerating at all and is something which anyone\u00a0can enjoy. It offers pops of intensity which is a fab way to get used to the feeling and inversions of course. It\u2019s definitely a more gentle ride experience then it may look off ride.<\/p>\n
