I\u2019m a huge lover and fan of dark rides. In fact a dark ride was the huge factor of me becoming an enthusiast. Therefore I thought why not share my top 10. Some of this list may no longer operate but I\u2019ll add that into the chatty bit underneath each name. I\u2019d love to know yours below in the comments.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

10. Tomb Blaster:<\/u><\/h2>\n

I have a feeling once Chessington reopens this will definitely become higher in this list. The changes made for this season look insane from the videos I\u2019ve watched, I can\u2019t wait to experience it for myself.\"\"<\/p>\n

9. Ghost Train<\/u><\/h2>\n

Since the 2020 changes for this ride I have fallen in love with this ride so much. It\u2019s really impacted the experience and bettered itself for sure.\"\"<\/p>\n

8. It\u2019s A Small World:<\/u><\/h2>\n

Its so sweet. I understand it isn\u2019t loved by many. But there\u2019s nothing more pure then going around the world with its cringe but adorable soundtrack.\"\"<\/p>\n

7. The Haunting:<\/u><\/h2>\n

The recent pride Drayton have took in this ride has genuinely added to this been one of the best thrilling dark rides in the UK. It\u2019s definitely become more spooky throughout and all in all an incredible attractions.<\/p>\n

6. Haunted House Monster Party:<\/u><\/h2>\n

Everything surrounding this ride is CUTE. There\u2019s not been once where I\u2019ve rode this attraction and my heart hasn\u2019t melted. The audio, theming & characters all of which are truly adorable.\"\"<\/p>\n

5. Valhalla:<\/u><\/h2>\n

I know it\u2019s currently closed for re-imagining. But this ride doesn\u2019t belong in the UK. When all of it works it\u2019s incredible. I\u2019m really hyped to see what happens for next year and how this ride will get improved.\"\"<\/p>\n

4. Wallace & Gromit:<\/u><\/h2>\n

It feels almost as if it shouldn\u2019t belong in Blackpool let alone the UK. The pure wholesome atmosphere and scenes are done so beautifully. It\u2019s done so well and definitely one of the best dark rides we have in the UK.\"\"<\/p>\n

3. Pirates of Caribbean:<\/u><\/h2>\n

I genuinely have so much love for these style rides. Even our versions in the UK was one of my favourites. The animatronics & effects genuinely blew my mind. It really did amaze me how beautiful this ride is.\"\"<\/p>\n

2. Phantom Manor:<\/u><\/h2>\n

I love spooky themes and this is the perfect dark ride for exactly that! The entire experience is so gorgeous. How the carriages move and the animatronics it\u2019s insane. Beautifully done.\"\"<\/p>\n

1. Hollywood Tower of Terror:<\/u><\/h2>\n

I guess I can count this right? It\u2019s an indoor ride even though it\u2019s also a flat ride technically. Either way this is my all time favourite ride. It offers everything you\u2019d possible want in one ride. Airtime, floating, thrills, fun and spookiness.\"\"<\/p>\n
