So last Monday I share a blog post around how much the enthusiast community should be involved in future developments. Turns out I had a lot of people commenting and messaging us expressing their interpretation on what an enthusiast is. Therefore it prompted me to write what a \u201ctheme park enthusiast\u201d is, in our opinion. We\u2019d love to know your thoughts too & hope you enjoy this blog post.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

There is so many types that I\u2019m unsure where to begin. I\u2019ll pop a few different headers and then a brief chat about them. Of course these are just some of our interpretations on what a enthusiast is and the different types of people too. None of which are facts on what you have to be to be an enthusiast.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Not everyone will be as passionate as each other when it comes down to this hobby. I know a handful of people who simply just love visiting theme parks for the atmosphere and ride experience or simply for a day out. They don\u2019t necessarily know the ins and outs of ride manufacturers or the stats of rides but they visit often for some fun.<\/p>\n

Some enthusiast are die hard fan girls of certain rides or manufactures etc. A lot of people are like this for Nemesis. But that\u2019s another type of enthusiast.<\/p>\n

There is many enthusiast who have a wide range of knowledge in regards to the various ride elements, theming, manufactures and stats plus so much more. I think it\u2019s so ace to know a lot in regards to theme parks. But you do not have know everything to be an enthusiast.<\/p>\n

This ties in with the just enjoying theme parks one to be honest. Ants brother Tomas loves theme parks but doesn\u2019t touch thrill rides yet I class him as an enthusiast still. He simply holds our bag for the thrill rides and then family rides he\u2019ll join us. Perhaps you love been at a theme park but don\u2019t enjoy rides as such therefore this is definitely an enthusiast type for sure.<\/p>\n

A theme park enthusiast is whatever you wish it to be. There\u2019s no such thing as a \u201creal enthusiast \u201c as everyone has a different interruption on what it means to them. Me & Ant are people who know small amount of facts but love the atmosphere and feeling of happiness whilst at a theme park. But do not feel you have to fit into any of the above categories as they are just some of our opinions.<\/p>\n
