So, thank you to the park for having us! <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><em><span class=\"s1\">Firstly, it\u2019s worth pointing out this theme park is for families only. So, if you don\u2019t have a little one unfortunately you can\u2019t gain entry (understandably).<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Little Ones Under 80cm:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Unfortunately, unlike other places we\u2019ve visited there is a strict height restriction in place across the majority of family-friendly rides. Most of the height restrictions are 0.80m or 0.90m above at the absolute minimum. Liara\u2019s only 0.76m so she wasn\u2019t able to do any rides. But that did not impact our day at all. There\u2019s a whole heap to experience. Of course, we accumulated a cheeky +3 coaster creds whilst here. They have a big apple coaster, spinning coaster and a powered rollercoaster too. All of which are precisely what you\u2019d expect and are fun nonetheless. There are plenty of indoor areas as I\u2019m about to talk over below which offer rides too. I believe there\u2019s only one indoor ride which was Davey Jones Barrel Run. This is a beautifully themed boat ride. There are many flat rides across the park including the traditional pirate ship, spinning teacups and so much more. Liara thoroughly appreciated the soft play offerings. But the most vital thing to point out here is they all felt very clean. Within the indoor space, one of the buildings has a fun little mirror maze! Whereas the other one that houses the boat ride is gorgeous in terms of theming. The undersea ocean-like theming is mesmerising particularly for little ones. All the indoor spaces feel spotless &amp; well-kept. We had some cheesy chips to share from Cross Bones Cafe and they were well priced and tasted good. Nothing necessary to scream about but respectable for the price. We also ordered Liara\u2019s jacket potato with beans here (Liara is CMPA so dairy-free) the staff were helpful with the allergies and again it was decent in portion size. For both lunches, it came to \u00a310. When you compare the quality and pricing to other theme parks you can not complain at all. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Outdoor Waterpark:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Something we didn\u2019t plan for was the outdoor waterpark! From afar it looked brilliant &amp; something you don\u2019t see very often within the UK. I guess the British weather is to blame there. But it seemed there was plenty to do and enjoy inside but also to lounge around the sides too. Most of the animals had 50p food dispensers outside their pens for guests to feed them. Unfortunately, I left our change at home else we\u2019d lapped this up. All of them were very social and cute. But I\u2019m someone who adores this kind of thing and so does Liara. This was the first she had gotten up close to farm animals and it was a hit, to say the least. It\u2019s somewhere we absolutely will be returning to especially once Liara gets that smidge bit taller. We thoroughly enjoyed our day out and it\u2019s just an all round lovely place to visit. It feels very well maintained, the offering is exceptional and I can appreciate why it\u2019s solely a family-based theme park. It has brilliant experiences for families very well tailored with a little bit of everything to be enjoyed. We\u2019re very lucky to have this park only an hour away from our house. If you have younger children this is the ultimate theme park to visit. If I\u2019m honest I have no faults to even note. Of course, we wish the height restrictions were a tad more lenient but can understand to why they aren&#8217;t.
