A re-theme that occurred a few years back at Walt Disney Studios in Paris was the shift from Studio Tram Tours to Cars Road Trip. But which was better??<\/span><\/p>\n

Studio Tram Tours;<\/span><\/h3>\n

Okay, this was an icon in its own right, right? If you visited in the early 2000s this is bound to be an absolute core memory for you because it certainly is for me. Of course, in more recent years before the shift, it did feel relatively old and outdated to an extent. But still stayed as much of a classic as it once was too. It was certainly a longer experience than what we have now. The scenes were fun and filled with action that genuinely captured you into the behind-the-scenes look at how a movie would be filmed. It was bold with some remarkable moments too.\"\" <\/span><\/p>\n

Car Road Trip:<\/span><\/h3>\n

You\u2019d imagine this to have worked beautifully. But actually, it is a tad too short. Perhaps if it was your first time on that exact ride you\u2019d never notice the length cut. But it\u2019s very obvious for someone who experienced it before. Resorting back to the theme of the ride it\u2019s fun. Cars is such a cute franchise that it suits the ride system. However, I do feel they could have done more. With that, I mean more theming, more props and more everything. The classic scene has remained going by our last visit but I’ve heard it’s stayed with some cutbacks on the effects unsure if this is a temporary thing or permanent. I certainly hope it is temporary as there is little to no point riding it in my opinion.\"\" <\/span><\/p>\n

Which is Version Better??<\/span><\/h3>\n

The overall theme of Cars is the better looking out of the two. Mainly due to it looking a bit more modern and the bits of car theming being added look cute too. However, across the board, the length and overall storytelling were better with the OG. I love a lengthy ride and this doesn\u2019t quite touch that itch for me. The shortage of scenes and greater moments other than the main scene is quite disappointing for Cars. There\u2019s more than could have been done with storytelling and just general action-packed points to keep guests from losing focus. If we could have the OG tour set in action still but with the cars overlaid across all of the scenes it would be excellent.\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n
