As a theme park enthusiast who just became a first-time mum, I can\u2019t tell you the eager feeling to get them to experience all your first loves like Alton Towers is mine. It\u2019s quite an overwhelming urge, to be honest. Of course, Liara is only 8 months old at the time of writing this she\u2019s unable to sit up independently yet. So, if you have a 6-month-old you can more or less use this to help whether it\u2019s worth a visit or not. <\/span><\/p>\n

What Can A Baby Do?<\/span><\/h3>\n

We only tried Liara with In The Night Garden boat ride although I\u2019m sure she\u2019s able to do the little go around and Postman Pat. But within terms of rides that\u2019s all we tried.\"\" <\/span><\/p>\n

The Shops:<\/span><\/h3>\n

It\u2019s more or less one big shop from what we found. It offers a range of teddies, toys and clothes mainly aimed at children who are 1 and above rather than babies. This is something I definitely feel could be improved in the future maybe some baby vests added to the range.\"\" <\/span><\/p>\n

What\u2019s There To Do?<\/span><\/h3>\n

Within CBeebies Land, there\u2019s lots to explore that\u2019s not solely based on rides. Their recently introduced sensory room was a genuine gift for our overwhelmed little girlie. It\u2019s a peaceful and quiet environment to simply offload those strong emotions and come back down to earth again. Liara loved it inside and even we as parents found zen from it and really did detach from the fact outside that the building is a loud theme park. It\u2019s not a excessively big space but it\u2019s just ideal. We also explored the sensory gardens with Mr Tumble which needs a touch of TLC in my opinion. But again Liara enjoyed it but wasn\u2019t able to make full use of it as it\u2019s of course intended for for those older and able to walk & explore. The area isn\u2019t one that\u2019s just got rides to hold it up there\u2019s so much to do and explore.\"\" <\/span><\/p>\n

The Theming:<\/span><\/h3>\n

The bright vibrant colours are great. It\u2019s just so beautifully put together. The rides all have their own little themes to known characters that make it even more bewitching for those younger guests. It has to be one of the best family areas of any UK theme park excluding Peppa Pig World. Some areas of course need a hint of TLC given it\u2019s 10 years this year but the vast majority looks as new as the day it opened.\"\" <\/span><\/p>\n

The Shows & Character Meets:<\/span><\/h3>\n

There\u2019s a respectable choice of both shows & character meets. All of which had a reasonably good selection of times to catch them throughout the day. We unfortunately missed most but did catch the Bluey meet & greet which looked fab. It\u2019s definitely something we\u2019re gonna make a play for next time.\"\" <\/span><\/p>\n

Overall:<\/span><\/h3>\n

The area is absolutely brilliant for those within the targeted audience. As an adult, it\u2019s pleasant to walk around and experience too. It\u2019s nice to see even some characters that we recall growing up like Postman Pat and Teletubbies. Liara definitely relished the area and it wasn\u2019t surprisingly too overwhelming for her either. If you have a baby and debating if it\u2019s worth the visit absolutely go for it! Creating these kinds of memories together alone is the fundamental highlight. <\/span><\/p>\n
