It\u2019s something I strangely didn&#8217;t even think about covering before! When I fell pregnant I knew I weren\u2019t going to stop having adventures using my Merlin Annual Pass. Trust me, it\u2019s easier than you think to make the most of the passes as an expectant mother. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Madame Tussaud\u2019s:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I managed to do both Madame Tussaud\u2019s in the time of being pregnant and thoroughly appreciated them. The stroll around is very much at your own speed and more often than not there are benches or seats around almost every corner for you to catch 5. There are a lot of stairs across both of these attractions but there are also lifts. It\u2019s one of those attractions that\u2019s very much based upon how you take it to how much you enjoy it. If you visit London you can still ride The Spirit of London but mention it to the staff member they can advise how to sit on the ride vehicle to make it most relaxed for you. I did the ride whilst I wasn\u2019t very big so I just turned to my side and did the trick to get around the bar leaning into my stomach.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11059\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.coastersonthecoast.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/20231002_102254479_iOS.jpeg?resize=500%2C375&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.coastersonthecoast.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/20231002_102254479_iOS-scaled.jpeg?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.coastersonthecoast.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/20231002_102254479_iOS-scaled.jpeg?resize=1024%2C768&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.coastersonthecoast.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/20231002_102254479_iOS-scaled.jpeg?resize=768%2C576&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.coastersonthecoast.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/20231002_102254479_iOS-scaled.jpeg?w=1920&amp;ssl=1 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sea Life Centre:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Just like Madame Tussaud\u2019s this is the same. It\u2019s all leisurely based and something you can take however long you want to explore. Admittedly, this attraction does tend to get quite warm so bare that in mind before heading inside and take some bottles of water with you just in case you need them.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-8928\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.coastersonthecoast.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/9FB5E1ED-0F2C-4AA9-8704-9F4134CA336A.jpeg?resize=500%2C375&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"375\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.coastersonthecoast.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/9FB5E1ED-0F2C-4AA9-8704-9F4134CA336A.jpeg?resize=300%2C225&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.coastersonthecoast.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/9FB5E1ED-0F2C-4AA9-8704-9F4134CA336A.jpeg?resize=80%2C60&amp;ssl=1 80w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.coastersonthecoast.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/9FB5E1ED-0F2C-4AA9-8704-9F4134CA336A.jpeg?w=562&amp;ssl=1 562w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/> <\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Blackpool Tower \/ London Eye:<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">I only got around to experiencing the Blackpool Tower whilst pregnant which was great fun. I bypassed the 4D aspect prior to the climb up I\u2019m not entirely sure how safe these kinds of characteristics are for those who are carrying so I didn\u2019t change it anyway. The lifts going up the tower can be a little cramped but I\u2019d recommend angling yourself to avoid being squished. Of course, I\u2019d presume it would work quite the same over at the London Eye. This attraction again is spot-on for pregnant women. You do have the 4D cinema element which again I avoided as I\u2019m not entirely sure how safe they are when pregnant and weren\u2019t taking any chances. I\u2019m sure a staff member could tell you further information about whether you can or can\u2019t experience them. But the tour itself is great fun. Believe it or not, I thoroughly embraced visiting the Merlin parks whilst pregnant. Admittedly, you can\u2019t visit with the intention of doing a tremendous ordeal of rides although you can do some just check the ride boards before heading on to see which you are against. But for me, visiting for the events was a promising enough reason to visit. The introduction of events over the last few years just opens up the chance to visit the parks even as a pregnant woman and still enjoy them without any rides. Some parks offer more than that including the Sealife at both<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Chessington &amp; Alton Towers, the zoo at Chessington, the beach at Thorpe Park &amp; Mini Land at Legoland.
